Valentine’s Day Dress Code
If you are anything like me, you love to rock a new look when it comes to special occasions. Valentine’s Day can be a hard one to shop for because red doesn’t always look great on everyone. Red isn’t really my color, but I was able to find this super flattering red dress that is working in my Valentine’s Day dress code for 2018.
I decided to go the comfier route.
I normally have to work during the day, go to a nicer dinner at night, and then just try to relax the rest of the evening. This red dress is flowy, A-line, and soft. It doesn’t hug too tight anywhere so you can be comfortable your whole evening at dinner.
Comfy but I am still dressed up.
This is my favorite part about this outfit. After a long day, it is easy to want to just throw on leggings and a sweater and call it a day. There aren’t many special occasions in the year when you get to dress up with your significant other! Take advantage of the opportunity to feel special and go to a nice dinner. We all deserve the break.
Can we talk about the adorable pom earrings?
I feel like pom earrings are something that needs to be in everyone’s Valentine’s Day dress code this year. I found these at Nordstrom and they are under $50!
A little red dress, black tights, black heels, and fun accessories are exactly how I am going to finish up my Valentine’s Day dress code for this year.
You can shop everything I am wearing below. I have also included some of my other favorite pieces for Valentine’s Day.
