How I Decorate for Christmas + Christmas Card Mailing List
Happy December 1st! I think once December hits, I turn into an elf. Honestly, I love so many things about December. I love the lights, the decorations, getting bundled up, accessorizing with hats and scarves, building gift guides for all of you, and it probably helps that my birthday is towards the end of the month too.
Today
I am headed to one of my cousin’s wedding. I will be taking a lot of pictures because next week I will be sharing how to dress for a winter wedding. When I asked if you were interested in this on Instagram stories, many of you were! I’m excited to write this post too. 🙂
How To Decorate For Christmas:
How I Decorate
What better way to start the month than to share how I decorate my bedroom for Christmas? I have never done this before, but since I was able to do it on a budget, I thought it would be fun to share. This is something you could do in your room or apartment.
Quick Christmas Decor Tips
Throw Pillows
Throw pillows can be inexpensive, but look adorable when you throw them on a bed or couch.
A Small Tree
Retailers like Marshalls, HomeGoods, Michaels, and Target all sell trees that are less expensive and look really cute! All of the trees below are under $50.
Garland
I found some on sale at Michaels when they had a 50% off sale. You can also use a spool of ribbon.
Ornaments
Buy the ornaments that come in mass amounts! This will be the best deal and you can create a cute theme on your tree. I went with navy, green, champagne, and champagne sparkle.
